How to Use

1. Turn the bike OFF.
2. Plug the programming dongle into the compatible programming connector on your Sur-Ron Light Bee X.
3. Turn the bike ON and keep the bike completely stationary.
4. Use the brake lever to enter the setting you want. A short pull is a quick pull and release. For the final long pull, pull and hold the brake lever instead of immediately releasing it.
5. Use one of the following sequences:

Low Regen — Level 1
2 short pulls + 1 long pull
The indicator flashes 2 times to confirm.

Medium Regen — Level 2
3 short pulls + 1 long pull
The indicator flashes 3 times to confirm.

High Regen — Level 3
4 short pulls + 1 long pull
The indicator flashes 4 times to confirm.

Regen OFF
7 short pulls + 1 long pull
The indicator flashes 7 times to confirm.

Once the indicator flashes the correct number of times, the setting has been programmed. Turn the bike off, disconnect the programming dongle, and turn the bike back on.

Example: Turning Regen Off

Quickly pull and release the brake lever 7 times, then pull it an 8th time and hold it. When the indicator flashes 7 times, regen has been turned off.

Turning Regen Back On

Reconnect the programming dongle and repeat the process using the regen level you want:

• 2 short + 1 long = Low
• 3 short + 1 long = Medium
• 4 short + 1 long = High
• 7 short + 1 long = Off

Important: This programming method is intended for compatible Light Bee X models using the stock controller/programming system. Newer LBX versions may use different settings controls.
